Returns

You may submit a return request to 12loriel within 15 days of receiving your product. To return an item, please follow these steps:

• Log into your personal account on our website.

• View your order and initiate a return request for the product.

• Place the item in its original shipping box or another suitable cardboard box.

• Seal the package securely.

• Attach the return information label and prepaid return shipping label. Please ensure that no previous delivery address or tracking information is visible.

We encourage you to use 12loriel’s official return service for better product protection and shipping insurance. However, you may choose a different courier at your own expense and responsibility.

Return and Refund Policy

If your return is accepted, we will refund the purchase price of the product (excluding the original shipping fee). Refunds are typically processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Returned products must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to decline a refund if the item shows signs of damage, wear, or diminished value caused by improper handling.

Exchanges

Currently, 12loriel does not offer direct online exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and then place a new order for your desired product.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before the item is dispatched. To do so, log into your account, locate your order, and select the cancellation option. Once confirmed, you will receive an email notification, and any payment made will be refunded to your original payment method.
